In the event that the delivery address you have given us turns out to be inaccurate or if it is impossible for the delivery service to deliver your package to you for reasons attributable to you, the costs of reshipment of the package that has been returned to us will be at your expense

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code on distance selling (Articles L121-16 and following of the Consumer Code), the buyer may use his right of withdrawal and no you will only have to pay the return shipping costsThe law provides that the buyer has 14 days to do so, from the date of receipt of the product.

If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or other non-working day, it is extended to the next working day

In application of article 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal described above does not apply to products made to measure

The return or exchange of items will only be accepted if the items ordered are returned in perfect condition, unused or damagedAny article which would be returned modified, or which has undergone alterations, damaged, worn, or soiled by the Customer will not be subject to any exchange or refund.Only NOEMIE TISSOT ROSSET can judge the conformity or not of the returned products.

Refunds are made no later than fourteen days from the day on which it was informed of the consumer's decision to withdrawNOEMIE TISSOT ROSSET may defer reimbursement until the goods have been received in return, using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction

NOEMIE TISSOT ROSSET reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order in the event of fraudulent, abnormal or abusive returns
